ALL THINGS BEEF
First opened in October 2011, Fat Cow has since become one of Singapore’s best Japanese restaurants, through serving fine wagyu experiences.
The word “FAT” in FAT COW stands for luxury and is also a play on the word “Fatt” which means “prosperity” in the Mandarin dialect. Spanning slightly over 3500 sq ft, the design of the restaurant takes a contemporary approach to the Japanese concept of “Wabi-sabi” – the art of finding beauty in things modest, simple and humble.
Fat Cow serves a handpicked selection of some of the best Wagyu from reputable farms around the world. Through customized beef experiences, guests can enjoy their choice of beef over a variety of Japanese preparation methods. These include Shabu-Shabu, Sukiyaki, Hobayaki or the ever-popular Sumibiyaki (Charcoal-grill).
